At Amra Ababil Foundation, we sincerely appreciate your generosity and support. Every donation helps us provide humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, education, healthcare, and community development services to underprivileged and vulnerable people.
Donation Refund Policy
As a non-profit humanitarian organization, donations made to Amra Ababil Foundation are generally non-refundable. Once a donation has been successfully processed, the funds are allocated to our charitable programs and ongoing humanitarian activities.
Eligible Refund Requests
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- A duplicate donation was made accidentally.
- An incorrect donation amount was processed due to a technical or system error.
- An unauthorized transaction was made using your payment method.
- A payment processing error resulted in an incorrect charge.
Refund requests are reviewed individually, and approval is at the sole discretion of Amra Ababil Foundation.
Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction by providing:

- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Donation Date
- Donation Amount
- Transaction or Payment Reference Number
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Donations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Donations made voluntarily with the donor’s authorization.
- Donations that have already been allocated or used for charitable programs.
- Donations made more than 7 days before the refund request.
- Donations made during fundraising campaigns unless required by law.
Payment Security
All online donations are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
